Enrico - Nice looking cook . I noticed the Igrill2. Do you like it? Is it accurate? And can you calibrate it?

Yes.it's accurate. All test passed. I still don't know if I can calibrate probes.

Lollipops look fantastic!!! What did you use for a glaze?

Commercial bbq sauce from Heinz, "deboned". I passed the sauce through a strainer then I added apple juice to get less ticker sauce than some honey.

Chicken looks great! Glaze is a nice touch at the end. Do you think it added enough flavor with 20 minutes left in the cook?
I love your photography.

I was looking only for glossy effect not for flavor. there fore I used commercial sauce without any care! The 20 min are minimum to set the sauce and probably I can go a little bit longer with out browning the glaze.
