Chicken, Chicken and Brats.

I have to work graveyards the next few nights so I decided to make a few dinners today before I have to go in for work tonight. Made some teriyaki chicken,chicken marinated in Zesty Italian Dressing with onions,peppers and cheese and Brats with onions and peppers.


Jalapeño and cheese brats on the grill along with some teriyaki chicken

Chicken marinated in some Italian dressing and then seasoned with adobo seasoning and black pepper

Teriyaki chicken done.

Zesty chicken topped with mushrooms,peppers and onions

Then topped with a slice of provolone cheese and melted

Brats in marinara sauce with some mushrooms,onions and peppers

Some potatoes rubbed with some olive oil and kosher salt and some longanisa too.

Everything looks great John, but those smothered chicken breasts are outstanding!

That all look great. I have to ask you. What kind of grill are you using in these pics? I have not seen a grate like that. I like it!!
