Chicken Breast on the Mini WSM

Nothing exciting but me and the kids playing with fire and trying to stay alive without mom. Today we cooked chicken breast seasoned with webers kickin chicken..



Then I remembered I had bacon so I wrapped them and added webers smokey mesquite.

Once they were done I did a quick sear on both sides..




Plated with a salad.

Put the bacon back on to get it a little more crispy.
