Chicken and sweet taters

I decided to pull out big red tonight for a rare appearance to make some simple teriyaki chicken and sweet potatoes, onions, and red bell peppers in the skillet with a bit of pappys garlic herb for seasoning. Wasn't sure how the sweet taters would be with the onions and peppers but it turned out great! Should have set out more chicken for leftovers though

Thanks everybody. I restored the grill about a year and a half ago and I love the way it looks. Shaun if I ever sell it I'll keep you in mind! I don't know if I could ever actually sell it but if I do I'd want it to go to a fellow enthusiast. Sadly, it hasn't gotten much use since I got my Performer so I thought I would pull it out last night.
