I flattened some boneless skinless chicken breasts with a meat tenderizer and marinated them in sweet and spicy seschuan BBQ marinade for a couple hours. Did the same with some shrimp and threw em on skewers. I lightly brushed more marinade on both last few minutes of grilling. I used my blue weber OTG with KB. Came out quite tasty. Too dark to get cooking pics so just have one photo of em when I brought everything in from outside. Thanks fer lookin!
