Chicken and beans, Spring is here!

Threw together some chicken using the Mad Hunky GP rub.

Did some beans with chunks of peaches.

Tossed some asparagus in the mix with some smoked sharp cheese

And the plated pic!

Pretty much Dutch's bean recipe, just substituted peaches for pineapple chunks.

What is, is brown beans cooked with little slices of baked bacon with cooked patatoes and applesauce ;-)
