But here's the tip:
Place buns cut side down on the grill, roll up a wet dish cloth, or something similar, place near the buns, then cover with a large metal bowl.
This is supposed to keep the tops moist.
Haven't tried it yet.

After some thought, this seems kind of silly since it only takes a few seconds to toast up a bun.
Hardly time enough to "dry out" the tops.
But here's the tip:
