We really liked this dish.

Cheesy Spinach Casserole
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed-dry
1 (4-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, the cream cheese, the cheese, the eggs, the butter, the garlic, and the salt.
  4. Evenly spread the spinach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake the casserole until the edges are golden and the center is set, about 35-40 minutes.
  6. Plate and serve immediately.

Thanks Brenda, looks great and easy. Attached is one very similar to what my wife makes. A little more labor intensive but a goodie for sure

Your wife's recipe sounds delicious. Like you said this one is quick and easy. It reminded us of the Chicken/Spinach Alfredo
pizzas that many places have. I don't really care to make pizza, but I am thinking of using this recipe to make some little appetizers
with crescent roll or phyllo dough.
