Cheesy Spinach Casserole
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed-dry
1 (4-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, the cream cheese, the cheese, the eggs, the butter, the garlic, and the salt.
- Evenly spread the spinach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the casserole until the edges are golden and the center is set, about 35-40 minutes.
- Plate and serve immediately.
