Char Siu.

Made some char siu to use during the week in fried rice, lettuce wraps, etc. Did some on the kettle and some on the gasser. Marinaded for 5 hours. I can't remember the cut of pork I used but it looked like steaks cut off a pork butt. Lots of fat.

Cooked for an hour and a half basting with reserved marinade. Tasty stuff. Super simple to make.
