Center Cut Pork Loin

Well today I picked up a boneless Center cut pork loin for tonight's dinner. Nothing too fancy here. I pounded it out a little to produce an even thickness and seasoned it up with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. I fired up about a half chimney of Stubbs charcoal and cooked it a few a minutes on each side. This was done after dark so only one shot on the grill.
