On the menu, chicken 1/4's, tri tip, two styles of taters. Soaked the quarters in some Italian dressing then rubbed with Webers Kicken Chicken, soaked the TT in Narsai David's marinate (soy, red wine, garlic, pulverized white onion), CI taters with a little onion, s/p, fresh tarragon, bakers rubbed with oil, s/p, draped with love. Here's what it looked like.
