I picked up a copy at a book outlet (Factory Merchants Outlet in Fort Chiswell, VA - I81, Exit 80) a few months ago for $6. I stopped by there last week, and they still had one copy on the shelf for $6. Guess I should have picked that one up, to pass along to someone else.
