Catfish without the collard greens

wanted sooo badly to somehow incorporate this tune into this post.... but I had no righteous greens...
so, these are gonna hafta do. Asparagus. With seasoned tater chucks.

once the 'gus was done.....

.....the catfish went on.

a little Cajun seasoning on those channel cats, not much, shoulda been more...

...they were MONSTER fillets...

...and served up minus the desired collard greens.

the fish was very tasty, been quite a while grillin' up catfish, will be doing this sooner than later.

sorry Ray, I was limited to what I had available in the house at the time.... i'da used turnip greens, butt they were/are bug infested...
