Cast Iron cooking

Bacon, Eggs, a few frozen asparagus, 1/4 of a sliced red onion, and half a frozen block of spinach.

10" skillet on the left, 12" on the right.

After a short hike in the snow. It was up the Mill D trail - I've never hit it from this direction before, there's a bunch of cabins hidden that I've never seen on the few times I've ridden the mountain bike the other direction (great ride---I call it my favorite downhill but it's not exactly a downhill)

Wow. That's the cool thing about the US. Almost winter where you are Clint and it's in the 80s/90s in SoCal. I miss the snow, but not the shoveling.
