Thanks for looking!!

Haha ... It's quick reaction. How did that work, Don?. It seems to me that great. This seems perfectly cooked Asia. Surely my turn. If only it turned out the way with you.

Wow your making me hungry great stir fry. I love your wok it appears as though the wok sits right down in the grates?

Thanks, Everyone!

Gary - I got those long handled ladles in anticipation of this cook (tired of burnin' my sensitive skin with the shorter ones

). $3.50 each at a restaurant supply store. The ones in tyhe wok section were $18 each...these'll do.

Mildo - Worked out great. Give it a try. Easy cook.

Corey - The liquid was chicken broth, mirin, soy sauce, and cornstarch.

Jason - Yes, it's the grate from the Weber Gourmet BBQ System. I got it for Christmas and just recently started using it. Our wok fit in it perfectly.

Bob - Those shorts are comfortable...the button fell off the other day though, must have shrunk in the dryer.

Thanks again, Guys!!
