My pepper plants are going nuts! Just pulled a bunch of jalapenos, anaheim's and big jims. Blanched them and froze them for future use. Got lots more coming up too! Tis the season.
 
Bob thanks for the great idea here! Look like you split and seeded them before going on the coals and what is that inside - pork, a little jack cheese, and black pepper? You've got me thinking!

You were close, it was leftover spare rib meat, Queso Quesadilla cheese, with a grind of black pepper.
And I did split and seed them first.
