Camping tri-tip with two day marinade

Baby Q in action this weekend for a couple nights of camping. Did a tri-tip last night with some wine soaked oak chips for some smoke. Did a two day marinade and some montreal and the potatoes were done in the cast iron!Got some good smoke flavor. Pulled around 130. Fire restrictions in place so had to do the s’mores over the BBQ. Great trip! Baby Q needs a major cleaning! Cheers!
