Camp Maid 4 in 1

I have looked the CampMaid 4 in 1 DO accessory kit and had concluded that it was something I didn't need to won to use my dutch ovens. I have lid lifters and charcoal trays etc. For my birthday back in March I was given one as a gift. I finally got around to unboxing it and checking it out. I have to admit its pretty cool. It can be used as a charcoal grill without a dutch oven. With the DO lid you have a griddle. They say you can put the grill grate in the DO and steam food.

For me the lid lifter is the neatest part f the kit. I am always looking for some where to put the lid. All my other lifter as just that.

I think that I'll fire it up this weekend in griddle mode and make some smash burgers.

I sure will. I'll try and fire it up this weekend for some smash burgers. Going to be dodging thunderstorms all weekend.

Well I didn’t get to try it out yesterday! Thunder storms and sideways rain thwarted my plans! I did cook smash burgers on the black stone though!
