WOuld not be surprised if you could maybe "bulletproof" it a little by perhaps enlisting the help of Dave Santana to make some nice SS internals for itI’ve got some parts coming for the SmokeFire Friday, I’ll put in a new pellet slide, large flavorizer bar and flavorizer brackets.
It’s on its second heat deflector so that should hold up.
Hopefully be ready for a couple butts next weekend.
I say that all the time. A popular one. Goes with: 70% of my money went for wine and women. The rest I wasted.I remember Bob Correll saying: After I'm gone, don't let my wife sell my stuff for what I told her I paid for it

I totally get the superb made in USA quality, and therefore I understand their pricing. For those who can afford that, they will be rewarded with years of great cooking - and the joy of owning one of the best. But obviously, that is out of reach for many of us. So, I am glad there are options in the sub-stratosphere so we can enjoy at least decent pellet grilling. You could buy EIGHT of those Member Mark grills for that same price and have the experience of opening a new grill every couple of years!$4,100 for the version I would want, shipping, cover and custom 49ers logo included.
I’d have to tell the wife it was $2,100.
It does make you see the Camp Chef and Searwood appeal.
