Calzones on the summit

Was thinking pizzas when I started the dough but changed it up to calzones which I had never done before. Same day dough recipe from Flour Water Salt Yeast with OO flour. Both were mozz cheese, red onion, basil, pepperoni, some olive garden dressing, and brushed with butter, salt, garlic, pepper. One had pesto and the other red sauce. Came out good nice change up from our Friday pizza nights. Looks awesome! Great idea with the parchment paper, I struggled getting mine of the peel the first time.
Thanks. The parchment paper is a easy cheat even with pizza. Ive used it on 750 degree cooks and as long as it doesnt hang over the side of the stone it doesnt burn. Just slide it out after a minute or 2.
