CAB Fillet

The missus is riding to Greensboro with a friend to take the friends daughter and grandson home. They are going to grab something to eat on the way. I wasn't in the mood to go out,and steak is always good! So I stopped at the store and got a real nice CAB sirloin fillet. Did a baked tater with garlic,then the fillet. Some TJ green beans on the side and I wound up with this! Cooked to perfection and the puppies were upset cause daddy wasn't sharing! Mean ol'daddy!

Fantastic plate you got there Phil. What does CAB stand for?

G,here you go. It's been great! It's nice to have everything surrounded and the countertop is pretty indestructable! The only difference between the pic and now is the storage drawers are painted black and sweet Pammi Sue painted the inside tan with some leftover floor paint.
Daniel,CAB stands for certified angus beef,high quality stuff!
