Butts over Brisket

Currently doing an overnight bbq and having the family over for Father's day tomorrow. Decided to do my first multiple meat cook, pork butt and brisket. I am about a hour into the cook now. The smoker looks to be settled in at 230f. Here's some pics. More to come later.

A little over 12hrs into the cook and the brisket was 194f. Smoker was running at 220f. Checked for probe tenderness and it's close but not quite there yet. Butts are right around the same temp and tenderness. Sprayed everything with apple juice. The coals were almost gone so I added 20 more. The smoker is now at 225f. The brisket dropped down to 190f and is making me a little anxious. It's now at 192f since I messed with it 40mins ago.
 
The bark is looking great! The butt on the right is done and now wrapped and in the cooler. Brisket is at 197f. Smoker is 246f.
 
Turned out great. No smoke ring for some reason. Pork was a little dryer than I am used to doing but sauce fixed that. :)
