I could have sworn that someone, Bryan or Kevin perhaps, posted not that long ago about cooking a butt on the smoker in a pan of sauerkraut. I did a search and cannot find the post. Anybody else remember this?
And I'm doing it once again tomorrow for my Sister, Brother in Law, Nice, and Nephew. I have a nice 6.88lb loin end sirloin end roast and a half gallon jar of homemade kraut ready to go. As almost always, I'll post some pics.
