Butt on sale .99c this week. chuck on sale, Boneless 2.49. I'm thinking putting a chuck on bottom grate, butt on top. I'm basically a butt cooker, (most of my low and slow cooks) have been butts. Very good. How would you cook this?
I've read on the forum how some cook chucks.
