Butt Over Brisket Question

I have a couple questions about timing based on my planned BOB for this evening. I have two pork shoulders weighing in a 7 lbs each and I have a 5.5 lbs brisket. I could be wrong but the estimated cook time is 1.5 hour per pound for pork shoulder and 1 hour per pound for brisket. My confusion lies in the time to cook the pork shoulder. Do I need to account for 14 lbs of pork or for 7 lbs since they are separate shoulders?

Cooking on a 22" WSM. Would love to hear some thoughts on a cooking strategy! Thanks :wsm22:

Cooking time is based on your target temp so 1.5 hpp usually runs my WSM around 275ish for butts. And no you don't need to double or triple the time based on the total butts. Treat it as a 7# cook and it might take a tad longer to come up to target temp.
On the big boy WSM I would do all three on the top grate. Start the butts early and put the flat on later.:wsm:
