Butt Over Beans

One of Pammi Sue's coworkers invited herself over for dinner and told us she wanted pulled pork! Since she's 8 and a half months pregnant,we said sure! Pammi picked up a 9 pound butt and I seasoned it with Weber's KC style bbq rub and put it on Friday night about 8. Here it is about noon the next day.

At 3,I put a pan of beans,doctored with bacon,onion,bbq sauce and some of the rub,under the butt.

I pulled the butt about 5 and covered it with foil and a couple towels for an hour. Shredded to perfection!
