Butt/Brisket Combo Question?

I am going to cook 2 Butts and a Brisket for a party on Sat at 4 PM. 2-7Lb. Butts and 1-7Lb center cut Brisket. I was planning on putting the butts on at around Midnight Fri, and the brisket on at about 5AM Sat. Butts up top and Brisket on the bottom.
My question is, I was going to do Mr. Brown on the Butts and the Midnight cook rub on the Brisket (I have only done brisket once so if there is a rub that someone really enjoys let me have it!!). Will the butt rub flavor impact the brisket so much that I should worry about what I rub them with? And any tips on my plan are more than welcome!
 
Todd, I wouldnt worry about it! Whatever juices and rub from the butts that drip down onto the brisket is a bonus!

Remember put the brisket fat side down for protection!
