Burnt Ends

Does anyone have a good method for doing Burnt Ends? I'm doing a HH brisket this weekend and one of my friends wants burnt ends and I've never done them so any suggestions would be great.
 
Yup. Bob is right. That is a great way to do them, however at high heat you won't want to go 5-6 hours. I would go 2-2.5 at 300*
