Smoked a butt for next weekend. I had a brisket point in the freezer, so I thought, why waste smoker space? Thawed and cubed the point and made burnt ends. It turned out I was the only one eating so I plated said burnt ends.
I thought it was too much for one person, but there wouldn't be enough leftovers, so I decided to pig out. Just added a little rice on the side with butter, salt, and pepper.
Not a Wolgast-like posting, but they were tasty.
