I’m sure everyone knows I like BBQ Hamburgers, so I finally got to give them a go on the WSK E6. I’m thrilled with the results, this BBQ has a future here. Even Bucky dropped by for one, and Chewie approves

Glad to see it’s good for you. What happens to the WSM?
I’m taking the WSM to my son’s house the following weekend. He learned the hard way about keeping them clean, he had a grease fire that destroyed his (my old) last WSM. I’m sure he’ll take much better care of your old WSM. I’m also going to send him a link to the Red White and Blue Bar-B-Kettle along with my shipping address 😂
 
Looking awesome Chuck, indirect for the whole cook?.....that outside colour looks familiar.
I am doing burgers tomorrow, first time my brother and his wife are coming for my burgers since I upped my game.
I have braising rib meat, sirloin and some nice stewing beef all lined up.
I pulse this in my new NINJA food processor and very gently form the patties....been cooking them on the Slate pretty hot for about 4 minutes per side...pink centers...extremely juicy burger.
 
Those burgers look great! Made some myself on the WSK the night before last. It does a fantastic job.
 
Hmm… I think this thread brings a new meaning to “ground Chuck’. Hehe

Glad to see the WSM find a new home. I do remember you mentioning that.

I am so happy that the E6 is bringing you as much happiness as it brought me.
