Burgers,It's What's For Dinner!

Actually,I should say burger! Pammi wasn't feeling well yesterday,so all she wanted was some soup from a local asian place. Not being in the mood for asian,I remembered a pretzel roll I picked up at TJ's the day before! I ran into the grocery store next to said asian place and got some nice 80/20 beef. Shaped it kinda weird,but it had to fit the pretzel roll!

Seasoned with Weber's Gourmet Burger seasoning(man,I REALLY like that stuff!),and off for the Genesis I go!

Not a great pic,but it's after the flip and cheese. I also put the roll on the warming rack to,well,warm!

And,plated with some BBQ chips and mustard and catsup.
Wow,that was a good burger. Not as good as grinding my own,but still pretty durn good. And it hit the spot!
 
Man, those pretzel rolls from TJ's are awesome! I never thought about using them as a burger bun. Thanks for the great idea! Oh ya, great looking burger! :D
