Burger Night ... Guy sized!

Jalapeno, Aged White Cheddar, Bacon Burgers to be exact.....

The ingredients, 1.15 Lbs 80/20 ground chuck, a really flavorful chunked aged white cheddar which deserves it own pic (so you can find some too)...2 diced jalapenos, black pepper and some garlic powder. Salt will added before they meet their smokey and fiery future..

Ready and gonna chill in the refer for a few.....

Plated on a toasted bun and topped with bacon....with some beans and tots on the side...

Yes, the cheddar is really good stuff, love it by itself or on rosemary/olive oil Trisquits....could also hold it's own on a cheese board with other good cheeses.
