) with K salt, cracked pepper, granulated garlic, chili powder and onion powder. TN pride hot sausage fattie, jalapeno n cheese pork sausage and sweet taters.

Used B&B Lump, pecan in the beginning and maple when the birds went on. Minion'd with 1/2 chimney and left all vents 100% till the end which was 300.
