Boned out a 8# and cured for 10 days.
I bought the high mountain seasoning from farm & fleet.
I followed this from Chris.
Worked great!

Looks great Tim. Been making regular bacon, Candian bacon and Buckboard bacon for years now. Only bacon we eat now no more store bought.
