Trying something different. Brussel sprouts. Little italian, dressing, olive oil and bread crumbs. Chicke brasts on the lower grate. One with Bone Suckin rub the other with Weber roasted garlic. No smoke wood, just KB. Let's see what the wife thinks.

Never liked dem sprouts untill a few years ago....Baked in a foilpack with garlic´n´butter they are hard to beat

I've grilled a BS tree before. Salt, pepper, olive oil. Good stuff! I also liked them roasted with bacon.
This is funny because I wouldn't touch them as a kid unless they were totally covered in grated Parmesan cheese!

Add me to the list of never liking Brussel Sprouts until I grilled em. Now? Love those little balls of yummy-ness. lol. I typically cut them in half and use the CI skillet. :)

Nice!!!
I never had Brussel sprouts.
Will have to get some. I see Jim Lampe doing them all the time.

Add me to the list of others who never liked brussel sprouts, but may have to try them again looking at some of these recipes. Everything looks really good on the plate.

Tony - that's what got me doing them! My wife and I have come up with all kinds of ways to cook them, just as long as there is plenty of oil or butter and seasonings and even cheese, you can't go wrong!

B - I've never cooked a Brussels sprouts tree before, but I'm glad you like them, and your cook looks excellent!

Thanks for sharing!
