Brisket flats

Does anybody else have the problems I have trying to find flats with the fat cap on? I have tried every meat dept in a 20 mile radius and no one can get he flats with the fat cap on. I know they exist because when I visit my son in Texas, the stores are full of them. The one's I get now I do 'lard' on the advice from board but there is a difference. I can get whole briskets but would rather just do the flats.

Try the wholesale meat supliers, and resturant suppliers you may have more luck.
