A little different use of a brisket flat. Rubbed with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
Set up the grill for a long cook with extra wood under and on top of the charcoal
Brisket on
Poured tomato sauce over meat and wrapped in foil after four hours
Fried some potatoes on the grill
Took the brisket off to rest after eight hours
Prepare to serve
Plated with potatoes and some Texas toast
