Brisket, finally found a packer, and cheap

Went to Walmart, scored in several fronts but one was a 12 lb packer regularly $3 a pound but with a yellow sticker so marked down to $1.79/lb. I believe it is choice.

Do you recommend the high heat method or low and slow?
