Brisket cooking time

I bought an 11lb untrimmed cryovac Brisket at Kroger for 49 cents per pound and trimmed off 3 lbs of fat. I put the brisket on at 12noon, and the temps have been ranging from 239-255. I'm trying the Brinkmann charcoal for a water pan trick for the first time. I also switched from Pecan to Oak for a change. I'm going to take it off when the internal temps reach about 185. What would be a good guesstimate on how much time this will take? I'm guessing 8-9pm.
