Brisket cook

I did a brisket this weekend using my HeaterMeter on my Primo Oval XL. This cook was so effortless, and the results so amazing that I almost can't believe it. The temp stayed within less than a degree difference from what it was set all night long, I wrapped my brisket it foil, raised the temp and it all worked flawlessly.
