Brisket Bones

I picked up two of the brinkman's rib rack at home depot for the mini wsm. Fits perfectly!

Bought a pack of Brisket bones from Walmart a few days ago for $1.38/lb. Never had it before and it was fairly cheap, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Also had a few more packs of chicken from the $0.79/lb sale from a few days ago.

Ate them like mini spareribs. Very tasty but not nearly as good as spareribs.

It says brisket bones on the package but it also says pork rib tips and it doesn't look like beef to me. Which is it?

It's definitely pork. I think it is the trimming from the St Louis. There were 3 slabs in each package.
