Brisket and Poppers

[S.Six]

Smoked some brisket and jalapeño poppers for the Super Bowl (Worst game ever). Lets just talk bbq. Just S&P on the brisket and mesquite for smoke. 16.3# brisket btw.
Before,

after about 13.5hrs


The cook went very well, but just s&p for the rub was a little lacking. The Montreal steak seasoning is way better. Although next time I'll have to try Butt Rub. Great smoke ring though.
And some poppers.

The bark you got looks really good. Did you use foil?

I did foil it after 12hrs. I was running short on time so I turned up the heat (about 330f) and foiled it. After 1.5hrs I got it to 195it.
