Brined Pork Chops

Brined a couple of nice pork loin chops last night for about 4 hours. Rinsed and seasoned with K Salt and Pepper and McCormick's Pork Rub. Sided with a couple of baked gold potatoes and some grilled carrots.

Got the chops in the brine.

Very good! I've just gotten into brining, so far just chicken but after seeing your chops, won't be just chicken for long. Nice cook Cliff
