Breauxly (Bro-ly) Cow Beef Rub!!
Heading to a lake house for the weekend and packing the WSM for a brisket. Realized last night I am ALMOST out of my MeatChurch Holy Cow seasoning.
I recalled MickHLR mentioning the recipe to me in a post earlier this year. I hit the spice cabinet and pretty much clean it out making about 24 oz of a version of it. HolyCow seasoning plus a little cayenne for a slight cajun burn to it. HENCE "Breauxly Cow!"
