So when I got home this morning, these were waiting for me


I was trying to decide what to cook to break them in. Since its been raining every evening, I decided to do something that wouldn't take to long....
So I decided on a marinated tuna steak I had in the freezer. It came from whole foods and was marinated in orange juice and soy

then I did some skillet potatoes

and added some edamame beans.
Steaks on the sear grate

Doesn't take long, just enough to put some marks on them
Here's your plate, with a little hot soy sauce...

and to wash it all down, nothing exotic

Love the thicker grate that comes with the sear grate, and the grate themselves....
