Breakfast for Tony!

Tony you and Maribel amaze me with your late nite cooks an early breakfasts so here ya go!!!

After last nites late nite antics I needed a recharge...so...
Started with some fresh breakfast sausage, little chicken maple sausage for my wife and chorizo in a black pan! Oh and I really needed a Bloody Mary or three today!

After the chorizo got going we added some of last nites pinto's!

Beans were mashed and cheese added..moved the little sausages down to get done a bit quicker(I was hungry!)

Tossed some corn tortilla strips in butter and fried up!

Added some egg to the tortilla!

Scrambled and cheese added!

Breakfast(brunch? Lunch?whatever)...served up with a fresh cocktail!

Great Sunday meal!! Thanks for looking folks and thank you Tony for the inspiration!!

I gotta feeling today is going to be non-productive!!
