I've been wanting to do one of these for years, today was the day.
Sage and hot James Dean, cheddar cheese, bacon weave, Weber New Orleans Cajun.

Weave done.

James Dean spread out.

Cheese.

Rolled up and ready.

Another wonderful spring day!

Ready freddy.

Sliced.

The only thing I did wrong was not roll it tight enough, but who the hell cares, this thing is frickin awesome!!!

dude - you gotta try a fattie. You can make any kind: pizza, bacon explosion, italian, mushroom and cheese, and on and on and on. Mike's breakfact version is a good one.
