Breakfast dinner and some meal prep

I made up some breakfast burritos for dinner and meal prep tonight.
These always turn out good.
I don’t recall ever taking a bite of bacon and breakfast sausage at the same time but it’s good.
I guess bacon goes good on anything is true.
I added the spinach and hashbrowns later because I forgot and they still tasted good.
The neighbor said they were the best he had but I think he just likes free meals .
We all ate 2 large burritos each.
If you look close enough you can see where my torch lit a paper plate on fire .

It’s a simple Blackstone Chuck.
I like it because it’s an easy clean and has never rusted.

Tim we had company and broke out the vodka.
Me? I don’t drink but I do keep a well stocked bar for guests.

I gave my daughter a Blackstone for Christmas (Eve) we made tacos Al Pastor on it. I can see getting one in the not so distant future

I think you would like one Chuck.
I recommend the 36” one.
They are pretty versatile.
I’ve done everything from Diner food to Steak dinners to Benni Hanna fun ‘n’ fancy meals.

I’ve probably sold a half dozen of these bad boys for Blackstone.
