Breakfast cook

Brilliant! Very creative Nate. One question though. Where does left over pulled pork come from?

Nate, one of the most interesting breakfast ideas that I have seen yet! Gotta try it. Kind of reminds me of Mountain Man in pie form.

Awesome idea. Love the creativity I see on here. How long to brown that "crust"?

I would guess I had it on the grill for 20 minutes or so just to get more of the moisture out of the potatoes. Before that, I squeezed them to death after I shredded them to get as much moisture as I could out of them. I actually could have kept it on longer to really crisp up the bottom of the hash brown crust. After that, loaded up the toppings and pit it back on the grill and let it cook until the eggs were cooked and the cheese browed up a little. You can see in my pic, I had the pan elevated the way I do pizzas and deep dish pizzas. Topped it off with salsa and it was yummy. Hopes this helps.

I had no idea what a Mountain Man was until I googled it. You're right, it sure does look like it in pie form. I guess it could be a more refined version of a Mountain Man, let's call it the City Slicker;)
